Still with BT Business - Are You Mad???

BT Business Phones & Broadband - Are You Mad?

Having gained four new business telephone landline and broadband
customers this week, when talking to them the general consensus was
that BT are unhelpful, inflexible, expensive and deliver extremely
poor levels of customer service- Making you MAD!!!

The advice we offer at Smart Communications is simple and will
ensure you are receiving value for money. You need to ask
your existing supplier & yourself the following questions:

1) What your line rental is charged at (We charge £11.50 per month)
2) Call costs to local & national rate calls (Peak & Off-Peak) - We are 1p per min
3) Call costs to mobiles (We are 8.5p per min)
4) Call costs to other numbers (i.e. 0845) - This is where you can get stung
5) Is there a minimum call cost charge (We are 1p - Some can be up to 5p)
6) Is there a call connection charge (We don't have one - Some can be up to 3p)
7) Is billing rounded up to the nearest next minute (We provide 'per second' billing)
8) Is itemised billing free (Ours is free & offers on-line reporting too)
9) International Calling - How cheap if you regularly call abroad?
10) Customer Service - Is it what I expect from a provider that I pay money to?

We generally look to save customers between 20 and 45% on their
monthly BT bills, whilst delivering an excellent level of service from
a UK based business support team - and we also provide you
with a dedicated account manager to look after all of your needs.

The proof of the pudding is always in the eating, and Steve Unett
Aerials Ltd are evidence of this. Moving from BT and assisting with some
divert solutions Steve Unett managed to reduce his bill by £100 a
month with Smart Communications, seeing £900+ bills
come down to £550 per quarter. Huge savings.

If you are interested in saving money on your BT (or other suppliers)
landline and broadband bills, or just want some FREE advice feel
